From a 1983 Scott brochure under their multi-piece rods (4 and 5 piece): "All cork reel seats with a choice of conventional fly handle or combination
spin-fly handle with two sliding rings are available for all except the F85 -7/5 and F90-9/4. Rod cases lengths range from 18 3/8" to 22"."

Thanks Duff,
Does anyone out there have any pics they would be willing to share? Also was curious to see they were the same as the straight fly rod models just done up as a fly/spin? Thanks Guys!! |

Same blanks. Just a different grip with two sliding rings that let you mount a spinning reel at mid point or a fly reel at the bottom. A #16 Perfection WCSL
spin guide replaced the normal WCS10 at the stripping guide position.
