A month or two ago I mentioned my thinking on doing some rods that I will call my 50th Anniversary rods. I have decided to go with them. So far I have two of five done and the other three blanks should come in tomorrow. The rod will be a two piece 7' rod reminiscent of my favorite rods of the 50's. I am also thinking of doing a group of five 6 foot rods too. I am working with Joel on a special small reel seat for those rods.
