Sorry I'm asking about graphite, do you think they are worth pursuing?

IMO, the best graphite ever made.
They look like Emerald (green), Presidential (blue) and Original or Sterling (Gray). Don't know how many rods you can put together from the bunch, but if you win anywhere near the low bid, you should have something nice.
the rods are never obsolete - the marketing is.

Thanks Ron,
I was curious about those, especially the brown. Not sure about ferrules and so forth. |

none sold.
too risky, from my perspective. I mean, what assurances did anyone have that you could get at least one decent rod out of the "parts"? And no info on design for line weight, blank dimensions (diameters, not length.), etc. I was sure curious if an experienced builder would confidently snap-up these "rod parts", knowing they were useful. I guess not. I just couldn't tell one way or another. Would have really liked to pull the trigger on one of these lots, though. I'd like to build my own Fisher. Maybe someday...

I was thinking the same, by the time I found them it was late in the game to ask and if needed explain what I was asking, it looked like at least one rod could
have been made.
