Is there going to be another 'Glasic' this spring on the Brazos river? Just curious as plans for me have to start early. Last year I had lost my job
two weeks before and kept me from going. From what I understand there was a good turnout and fish caught. Its the fellowship with others that I enjoy the
most.

Ray,
I attended the last Glassic on the Brazos and had a blast. Everyone enjoyed the beauty of the place and caught at least a few fish. The "show and tell" sessions in the afternoons were fantastic. I met a great bunch of guys and enjoyed the evening bull sessions. I am looking forward to the next one with great anticipation. Doug |

I bet we have one; it might be on the Nolan rather than the brazos, in sync with the white bass run. Thats where we had the spring Glassic last year. We were
there about 3-5 days too early last year,but no one complained-p-

I just want to meet all yall and see and cast some vintage rods and reels so I know what not to waste my money on ebay;)
The Nolan does sound better but colder if a front hits. Of course 'P' you stay in a heated camper trailer so you wouldn't have anything to worry about;)................ Ray............. |

The Sand Bass run on the Nolan really got going after the first week of April. The new campground near Blum should be open by then...

Raybow, it was exactly the first week of April, when it was really cooking. My birthday is the 31st of March, and we took Jim Teeny out the next day, with Ol
Al, Bud, and a few others, and killed them. It was on for the next 2 weeks, big time!!!! Really pissing off the bait chunkers!!! it was great!!

Where, exactly, is Nolan? I didn't make the one last spring but I sure would like to make the next one. The 10-12 sounds good to me.
