He hasn't posted since 10/3 (six weeks). I'd say move forward...if he comes around again, he can use his flies for the next swap. |

Andy and everyone: The flies are all boxed up and will ship monday when the post office opens. Very sorry if you feel frustrated about the time it has taken,
that was not my intention at all. Actually, I was trying to be polite to those whose flies were late by giving them a chance to be part of the fun. Maybe next
time I should be more strict about the deadline. Anyway, I hope its not your last swap Andy, they can really be a lot of fun. Happy Thanksgiving.

Rob and the rest of the group I apologize if my most recent post on this topic came off a little gruff. Admittedly I am a bit frustrated with the time line of the swap and had hoped to get out a stream with some of the flies by now. I realize you had unforeseen circumstances that did effect the swap that you had no control of. Family comes first before any fly swap as it should be. I too wish you and your family well and trust your Dad is doing better ! Also I understand you wanting to give all the participants ample time to get their flies in.
