Hello from California |

I just wanted to introduce myself. I have had a glitch on my computer that has not allowed me to sign in to YUKU for some time. I'm a longtime lurker.
Got a few fiberglass fly rods I'll post later and just picked up a Batson blank that I will be starting after I build my grandkids a bunch of spinning rods
for Xmas. I've got a few bamboo rods and a bunch of graphite. Been building rods for about 6 years now. Hope to become a contributing member of the
forum now that I can sign in!

Mike,
Welcome to the Fiberglass Flyrodders! And I guess welcome back too! I love it when long time visitors finally post. One the ice is broken, it is much easier! I'm looking forward to seeing the glass rods (you can sneak in a photo of the cane and carbon too). Tom |

Mike, glad you're in!
We'd enjoy "meeting" your family of glass rods and other gear... even those crazy cousins, the grass and graph folks!

Welcome! Mike,
Those are great collections! They all have their own very unique characters! Pretty! : ) |

Yea they are pretty diverse except they are all heavier weight rods. Looking around for some in the 4/5/6 range now.

Ipirrone, I'm just outside of Sacramento. Brother in law lives in Chino. Taught my nephew to fly fish a couple of years ago and made him a rod.
Don't get down there often but next time I will get in touch. Headed to Mammoth next week, probably take the Sila-Flex and a couple of Bamboo rods. I
don't usually take too many pictures, but I will try.
