I've got a couple of glass blanks that may be useful to someone.

The first is a 9 ft., 2 pc., unsanded brown glass blank on a large diameter taper. Given the blank color and the solid white 1.5" spigot ferrule it's likely an unsanded Fisher, a few of which show up now and then. Tip o.d. is .105", o.d.. at the base of the male ferrule is .380, and the i.d. at the base of the 54" butt section is .650". That makes it quite a bit larger in diameter than any of my 9 ft Fisher steelhead rods and likely an 11 wgt., though not as beefy as my memory of Fisher's 12 wgt Great Equalizer. It might also make up into a nice spin rod for tossing 3/8 oz. jigs in the salt. At any rate, if anyone's interested, it's yours for $25 plus shipping.

I also have the butt section only to a 9 ft. Fisher glass rod: 2-pc with Fisher's brown spigot ferrule, built up with an older all metal reel seat and a rather crummy cork grip that can be easily stripped. The footprint of three (removed) stripping guides are visible and you'd have to wrap new ones in those places, otherwise the blank is in decent cosmetic shape. o.d. at the base of the ferrule is .280", which is 4 or 5 thousandths larger than my 9 ft. 8 wgt Fibatube. If anyone has a lonely 9 ft Fisher tip section that needs a butt with a ferrule of that diameter, or wants to sell me the tip, PM or email me and let's do a deal.
