Thanks again for the rod Fred .I'm using a WFF 8 wt. bass taper and it will toss anything from a woolybugger to a big nasty bass bug.That thing will cast a
mile!!!

807 is an ez caster, hardly any effort at all to fish with it.

Crazy Cracker, great photo! Where is that?
Regarding the 1495 1/2; it is becoming one of my favorite Medalists. Great minds think alike. I pair mine with an 8 1/2 foot GC 7W rod, and fish lakes for big trout. It is working out very well. |

Thats a park pond about a 1/4 mile from my house in Winter Haven Fl.Thats the closest water to my house and where all my new toys are test cast.Fly rods around
here draw a lot of attention from "what in the world is that " to" I have'nt seen one of those since I moved from up north"
