Hey guys. I came across this Yellow glass Fenwick. Its one-piece, 5.5 foot with an odd choice of reel seat, IMHO. Blank is marked Fenwick and then what
looks like Model SP/21. It has an action like a wet noodle and would be a great bluegill or trout UL, I suspect. I have NO idea where it came from. I know
it wasn't my rod and the cork has no indentations so I don't think its ever been fished. Must be something I picked up along the way and forgot about.
My question is, do you think this is a kit rod or a production rod? I don't know a whole lot about these sorts of things. Anyone ever seen one or this blank before? Like I said, I think it would make a great ultralight.
