Here is a picture of a recently finished Phillipson build. This is a 7'6" 5/6 weight blank that I purchased from a boardmember. I haven't
gotten to cast it yet so I can't say for sure what it likes. I'm hoping a DT5 but I'm sure I'll be happy no matter what. Wrapped in rust
orange and tipped with NCP white. Reelseat is a nickel/silver cap and ring from REC components. Grip is turned with 1/4 inch rings. It should do well on
some of the medium to larger water here in SC and NC. Finished with two coats of Duragloss LS supreme.

WOW- that rod is gorgeous! I love wraps that match the blank and the white trim looks really classy. LOVE it. Also am a big fan of simple grips/ seats and you
cannot beat an all cork setup for looks and function.
