One I recently finished for a non-forum member so I thought I'd post a couple pics. I only lawn cast it so I can't give a full casting report but in
my hands it cast wonderfully in close and out to 70-75 ft with a 5 wf Cortland Peach. No doubt a better caster than I could do some very nice things with
this rod. Balanced 1 inch behind the front of the grip with an Abel TR2
My better half still isn't letting me buy a better camera and my photography skills leave a lot to be desired but here she is. Thread color is YLI Chinese Red w/ black Gossamer tipping. Garrison style grip minus the thread going up the front, I really like the way this grip felt while casting and it looks pretty sharp to my eyes also.
