The rod weighs in at 1-5/8oz. I use a Loop Tackle Multi WF-5-F line for it. That line has a short 27' head with a taper similar to the Wulff Triangle Tapers.

It is my understanding that Struble has stopped producing the cork inserts, but there are a few around still.
