Both have a simular, classic looking, high frame. The perfections I have do not have a ceramic ring and the H and H's do.

I have an H&H stripper but haven't used it on a rod yet. It's a good quality guide that is waiting for a special build.

The one time I tried H&H single foot guides, I was extremely disappointed with how crooked and poorly formed they were. Perhaps the stripping and snake
guides are better. That said, the stripper with a ceramic ring should cause less line wear and allow you to shoot better.
