I think you are probably right...there I go thinking again. I think I'm just going to get the T-130 and give it a shot. Bottom line is, you've got to try something and see if it works for you personally.

Corlay,
Instead of cutting up your lines to make one particular line with an intermediate sink tip, you might want to try a poly leader, designated intermediate sink rate. I believe they are $9-10. Then all you do is add a tippet(length and size of your choice), I believe they come in 10' lengths. They attach to your line just like a tapered leader and they act just like ferruled leaders, great turn over, all the while acting the same as an intermediate sink tip line. Respectfully rvreclus

I don't think you will regret it, I've a T130 and I'm still getting used to casting it, but it catches fish and casts fairly well on a FF 755.
That being said, I get pretty good results from my "regular" sink tips with streamers as well. Enjoy, you can never have too many lines, just a
spool shortage.
