The reason I am posting this here is because at this years rod fair I will have my new line up of fiber glass rods. I am looking for a knowledgeable member of
this board who will be attending the rod fair, and who would like to be a test candidate for one of my new glass rods.
The person will be entrusted with the rod for a period of time and will be asked to evaluate the rod based on action, cosmetics, what line is best suited in their opinion etc.
At the end of the agreed upon test period I will ask this person to post there data here. What happens with the rod after the test period will be discussed by myself and said person. The person I pick will have his/ her choice between these two glass rods:
6' 4" 3/1, 4 weight "E" glass with graphite ferrules
6' 10" 3/1, 3 weight "E" glass with graphite ferrules
Please do not ask me about blank color, tapers, cosmetics, etc. This will be unveiled at the rod fair. I can tell you that they will be very striking rods. The rod fair this year is July 18th, 19th in Camp Sherman, OR on the Metolius River. If you wish to be considered please leave me a PM or email me at DanDixon@WebTV.net or leftcoasttackle@yahoo.com
