I find them very reminiscent of "River Rat Rods" that I had in the the early 70's. Very translucent, just as your photos show, but they had an extremely thin walled spigot. They were wonderful casting/fishing rods very accurate, with a full flexing progressive action, mine fractured at the ferrule (the hollow spigot portion fractured), on the 7' 5wt I had. Those Lami blanks look like their spigot ferrules are beefier. As far as price goes the blanks sold for around 14 bucks when new 1975 ish.
That's $56.71 in 2009 using the inflation calculator.
You are not leaving much for the rarity of the blanks.
I would say Toms high end of $70.00 is more of a fair price.
If you had a couple of dozen I would be interested.

Do they have a model number? From your description, they may be S-glass blanks. I would figure $50-70 each if they are in good shape and not scratched up (most blanks get scuffed with storage).
