Allot of planning went into the series.
With the current market trend being exotic wood inserted reel seats and everything nickle and agate the " Retro "
design is not for everyone.
I decided since the blanks are so very scarce keeping the period style was a fitting tribute to earlier times
when rods were judged by their performance alone.

Here are some new photo's now that the Bags and Tubes are finished.
I have to tell you making rods Identical to one another is one of the hardest things a rod maker can undertake in my opinion.
Anyone can do one offs that's easy but keeping the quality and consistency throughout a series is not as easy as some may think.

This years series is Made on Reed Tackle blanks that were made in the early 70's.
The blanks were made in Australia for REED they are 7'6" 2 piece for a 5 or 6 weight line.
