   A 3 wt. is  definitely in my long wish list. I generally use 5-9 wt. rods the most for the fishing I do in my area. I do have a couple of slower action
4&#39;s to fill the niche.Times are lean and getting tighter right now.

I was zeroing in on a Hardy three wt. or a Lami honey glass to be made by one of the very talented board members here. As for now  things are on hold ( by the
commander at home) til  further notice.

			<description><![CDATA[ Thanks for the info Cameron, from the pictures I thought most were a darker gray or black, mine appears to have had little or no use, the spring is nice and
tight too. Although the previous owner or someone along the line took out the pawls, so I got the reel for a song, took a pawl out of a pridex and a beaudex
and both fit perfect. Hopefully Bulldog has a couple of replacements I can get now I know what I need. Ive quite a few light glass project rods for this

			<description><![CDATA[ Richard...what&#39;s you&#39;ve got is the only color Valdex&#39;s came in from the factory.  Yours looks to be in great condition.  The biggest concern with
these reels is that release cap.  I can see the spring on yours edging out from the cap making me wonder if it is a tight fit or not.  Might take some tweaking
to ensure that it won&#39;t fall off when on the water.
